01 / YOUR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION

Start with your Whop membership.

  1. Review the offer and purchase through Whop.

    Before purchasing, review the seller, monthly renewal, taxes, terms, and privacy notice before paying. The price is $9 USD per month plus applicable taxes. OpenAI usage is extra.

  2. Find the customer download and license key.

    Use your confirmed OnAir IQ membership to get the installer from Files and the software license key from Software. A checkout return page is not proof of a completed payment.

  3. Install the 0.7.0 Windows x64 early-access app.

    Use the customer build supplied through your membership. The installer is unsigned, so Windows may display publisher or SmartScreen information. Review the download’s source and build details; this guide does not ask you to disable Windows protections.

  4. Activate in the desktop app.

    Enter the software license key in the app’s activation field. Activation checks membership access through OnAir IQ and Whop. The plan permits one active personal Windows installation; your own commercial livestream use is allowed.

Check locally before using cloud AI.

  1. Save your own OpenAI API key.

    Use the desktop app’s designated API-key settings. This is separate from the software license key. Protected storage is tied to your Windows account; session-only storage is an explicit alternative. Never paste either key into this website or a support message.

  2. Select a microphone and run the free local check.

    In Preferences, choose your input and confirm the ten-second local microphone check. Speak normally and inspect the meter. The check uploads and saves no audio, creates no transcript, and needs no AI credits.

  3. Add interests and choose an allowance.

    Save topics you want close at hand. Review the AI preset and local session/UTC-day allowance. Estimates and reservations help limit app work, but they are not a provider-wide billing cap.

  4. Read the Start review and approve deliberately.

    Start opens the microphone and authorizes selected speech/AI processing only after approval. Selected saved notes and spoken cues have separate unchecked choices on each new Start. Review generated questions before using them in your own words.

Pause ends capture while retaining the session context. Focus keeps capture local and suppresses new audio uploads and paid requests. Stop ends capture, spoken output, and pending work.

Submitted provider work can still incur charges after cancellation. Pause or Stop before a private conversation.

03 / AN OPTIONAL SPOKEN QUESTION

Voice begins off.

In Preferences, explicitly load installed voices, choose a supported Microsoft Desktop voice, and save the enabled/volume/rate choices. No voice bundle or cloud-voice provider is included. Loading and saving do not play audio. Local Windows speech adds no speech API charge.

Approve voice separately on a new Start, then use Read cue for the current question. Optional automatic reading waits for a quiet opportunity and observes a 90-second automatic cooldown, without replaying a queue backlog. Twitch chat is never read aloud.

Playback uses the Windows default output device. Begin with headphones and your own unpublished OBS test recording. Choose one intended capture/monitoring route, avoid capturing a second copy, and check immediate Mute, Focus, Pause, and Stop. Microphone-energy interruption and the 700 ms output tail are not echo cancellation. Real audible/OBS and long-stream acceptance remain open.

04 / MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Activation needs a connection.

Internet access is required to activate and renew access checks. A previously issued signed offline lease can last up to 24 hours, capped by the paid term. It does not make transcription, fresh research, or Twitch work offline.

If activation cannot verify access, first confirm your membership status in Whop and your internet connection. If the one-installation limit needs attention, use the available activation controls or contact the seller. Do not share a license key or installation token to work around it.

After expiry, your local data remains and exports remain available. Contact Seller if the app cannot provide the expected access or data-export route.

05 / YOUR WHOP ACCOUNT

Manage billing where you purchased.

Use Whop to review receipts, paid term, renewal status, and cancellation. The plan renews monthly until canceled. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.

For a first-purchase refund request within seven days, use Whop’s Contact Seller route with the relevant order or membership reference. Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect. Read the refund-request terms before purchase.

06 / ASK WITH THE RIGHT DETAILS

Use Contact Seller in Whop.

Start from your membership or the OnAir IQ Whop hub. Include the order/membership reference, app version, the action that failed, and a short description of the visible result.

Keep keys, installation tokens, microphone recordings, private notes, and complete transcripts out of support messages. The desktop’s private-safe diagnostics can help describe build/storage health without those contents.

The current preview has open real-hardware, actual Twitch authorization/reconnect, personal-provider billing, and eight-hour acceptance work. Describe what you actually observed rather than assuming a simulated sample or automated check is live proof.
