01 / WHO SUPPLIES THE PRODUCT

The seller shown at checkout.

OnAir IQ is the product brand. The seller supplying your subscription is identified in the Whop checkout. Use those seller details and your Whop receipt for purchase records and support.

Contact Seller in Whop for questions about this offer.

02 / MONTHLY ACCESS

$9 USD per month, plus applicable taxes.

The Early Access subscription renews monthly until canceled through Whop. This offer is billed monthly. Whop provides checkout, card/payment processing, receipts, and subscription management.

Manage or cancel recurring billing from your Whop account or membership. Check Whop for the current paid term, renewal status, and any applicable tax before confirming a purchase. A checkout-return URL by itself is not proof of payment.

The subscription includes access to the available OnAir IQ features during the active paid term. It does not include OpenAI credits, a supplied personal API key, or a guaranteed stream-cost allowance.

03 / YOUR WINDOWS INSTALLATION

One active personal installation.

The offer allows one active personal Windows installation. Using OnAir IQ as part of your own commercial livestream is allowed. Do not share the license key or installation token as a way to provide access to other people.

Activation checks your license through the OnAir IQ licensing service and Whop. Internet access is required for activation, cloud-assisted features, and renewed access checks. An already issued, signed offline lease can last up to 24 hours and never beyond the current paid term. This is not a promise that all features work offline: OpenAI processing, fresh research, and Twitch need internet access.

When paid access expires, your local data remains and data exports remain available. Expiry does not delete your saved topics or notes. A copied export is a copy of your data, not a transferred software subscription.

04 / YOUR KEY, YOUR PROVIDER USAGE

AI costs are separate.

Cloud transcription, generated cues, and approved research use your own OpenAI API key. Provider charges are additional to the subscription and depend on actual use and provider pricing. The desktop app’s estimated session/UTC-day allowance does not cap your provider account’s bill; submitted work can still be charged after cancellation.

Optional installed Windows speech adds no speech API charge. Voice and automatic readouts start off and need separate session approval. No cloud-voice feature or speech credits are included.

Use the app’s approval, Pause, Focus, Mute, and Stop controls deliberately. Review generated text and cited sources before relying on them. The app offers conversation ideas; it cannot guarantee factual accuracy, audience growth, revenue, usefulness, or a particular eight-hour cost.

05 / EARLY ACCESS

Early access, with ongoing improvements.

OnAir IQ 0.7.0 is an early-access Windows x64 application. Features and compatibility may change as the product improves. The installer is unsigned. Windows may show publisher or SmartScreen information; review the supplied build and source of the download rather than disabling operating-system protections.

Microphone quality, Windows speech, OBS routing, Twitch connectivity, and game performance depend on your setup. Check these off-air before a live stream. No particular stream outcome or fixed eight-hour bill is guaranteed.

Twitch is a separate read-only own-channel display. It does not post or moderate, send chat to AI, or read chat aloud. The optional local voice uses supported installed Microsoft Desktop voices, with no bundled voice models or cloud-speech fallback.

Read the setup guide and privacy notice. Keep your own backups of local data you want to retain.

06 / A CLEAR REQUEST ROUTE

Seven-day first-purchase refund requests.

You may request a refund for the first purchase within seven days through Whop’s Contact Seller route. Include the relevant order or membership reference so the seller can locate the purchase.

This voluntary request window applies to the first purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect. These terms do not waive those rights or replace a longer remedy required by applicable law.

Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Manage recurring billing through Whop and follow the response to your refund request there.

07 / CONTINUE IN WHOP

Help through your membership.

Use Contact Seller in Whop for setup, activation, billing, refund, or privacy questions. Start from the OnAir IQ Whop hub or your existing membership.

Never send a personal API key, license key, installation token, microphone recording, or private History notes in a support message. Share the relevant order reference and a short description instead.
